Hermes Personal Assistant ("the App") is a personal, single-user tool operated by its owner on privately owned, self-hosted hardware. This policy describes how the App handles Google user data.
With the owner's explicit consent, the App accesses the owner's own Google account data (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Sheets and Docs) through Google's OAuth 2.0 APIs.
Data is used only to perform tasks the owner requests, such as summarizing the day's calendar events or drafting email. It is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties.
OAuth tokens and any fetched data are stored only on the owner's private server. They are not transmitted to or stored on any server operated by the developer or anyone else. Text sent to an AI model for processing is limited to what is needed for the requested task.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
